T71/880: claim by Thomson Hankey senior, Thomson Hankey junior and Jno A. Hankey, as owners-in-fee. Contested by James Gerbert Dumont, owner-in-fee. Certified copies of Ejectment from 1832 were produced. The Hankeys had held a mortgage over the estate, which had belonged to Richard Henry Church.
