Counterclaim by Edmund Broderip of Weymouth Dorset and T.S. Horner of Wells [sp?] Park, Somerset, first mortgagees and trustees of a settlement made on the marriage of Richard Oliver Smith for £11,105, settlement dated 13/08/1819.
An award of £4105 went to E. Broderip and T. Strangways Horner; the balance went to the Baillies.
