Of Bristol, originally the continuation by William and John Gordon of the business of their father Robert Gordon Alderman of Bristol, who died in 1784.

  1. Bristol May 18 1791. The partnership between William Gordon and John Gordon the younger of the City of Bristol merchants was dissolved by mutual consent on the 1st day of May inst. from which time the business of the said house will be carried on by John Gordon the younger only
