Awarded the compensation for the Weybridge estate in St Thomas-in-the-East, with John Pickering. No further identification to date.

  1. 1841 census shows a Thomas Surr independent aged 70 at Sloane Terrace with Mary aged 64; 1851 shows Thomas Surr coal merchant aged 57 at 71 Ebury Street with cousin Mary. 1835 Robsons shows only Surr & Brooking, notaries 80 Lombard street; 1838 shows Timothy Surr as notary at same address. A Thomas Surr died 23/12/1860 at Balham, when his brother and executor was Timothy Surr of Abchurch Lane, solicitor.
