Father of 'Judge Horne' (Charles Robert Horne, 1835-1907) of Toronto, and described as 'a barrister of Lincoln's Inn, England' in the former's death-notice. Charles Robert Horne, eldest son of Charles Douglas Horne, was born on St Vincent.
