Slave-owner and Crown and colony surveyor on St Vincent, dying in London in 1840.

  1. March 28 [23?] [1827] [Marriage ] at St Vincent's [of] Joseph Billinghurst of Yapton Sussex to Miss Margaret Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Dr Alex. Melville sen. M.D. St Vincent's.

  2. Joseph Billinghurst of St Vincent was listed as a subscriber to Charles Shephard's An Historical Account of the Island of Saint Vincent, published in 1832.

  3. Feb. 6. [1840] At Beaumont-st. Portlandplace, [death of] Joseph Billinghurst, esq. of the island of St. Vincent.
