Probably Isaac Toby, East Stonehouse Devon, Captain in the Royal Marines.

In 1851 Isaac Toby Captain and Barrackmaster aged 57 born Kenton Devon was living at East Stonehouse Devon with his wife Anne aged 56 born Dunkirk. In 1861 he was at the same address born Starcross Devon aged 67 Barrack Master R.M. With wife Anne aged 66 born Scotland Dunkirk [sic]. Will of Isaac Toby, a Lt -Colonel retired in the Royal Marines who died 23/08/1869 at Durnford Street East Stonehouse was proven 02/10/1869 by Anne Toby the relict, effects under £200.
