Country house in Washfield, Tiverton Devon variously described as Beauchamp Hall or Beauchamp House which under his will (as Beauchamp House) James Langford Nibbs left in 1795 to his wife Barbara for life and then to be sold. Probably bought by him rather than built, but the history of the house has not been traced.
