Attorney-General of St Kitts. Vere Langford Oliver (followed by others) shows him as the son of William Woodley MP (q.v., 1728-1793); if this is correct, then Frances Woodley was his second wife, since John Woodley the son of William Woodley is know to have married Catherine Horne, who died in 1818.
