Biography

Son of Thomas Mills of Great St Helens (q.v.). Under his will proved 03/11/1774, he left his estate at Bishops Hull and his property in the West Indies, including 'negroes' and his interest in slave-property on Nevis left to him by his late father Thomas, to Judith Butler Dunbar widow, who was also sole executor.
