George Bonynge

Owner of Bushy Park. William Hickey stayed with Dr Bonynge and his son at Bushy Park in December 1775.

1. Sarah Bonynge nee Parkinson, George Bonynge's widowed daughter-in-law, died at Dagenham Essex in 1832. Her will 'of Parsloes Essex' was proved 07/02/1832: she left legacies of £1500, £1500 and £5000 to her nephews, the sons of her sister Mary Fanshawe. With her nephew Rev. Thomas Lewis Fanshawe, Sarah Bonynge was reportedly one of the group responsible for building the National School in Dagenham, still extant as the Minor Hall.
