  1. Will of John Nihell [late of Demerara but now residing in] Devonshire Street, Portland Place Middlesex proved 31/08/1808. Under the will he left his estate in trust to Richard Neave of Castle Street Falcon [?] Square City of London, with the income to go to his mother Martha for her life, with one moiety then for her to will as she pleased (and in default of which to his brother-in-law John William Bovell of Barbados); the other moiety was to go to John William Bovell and his children
