Slave-owner in St Vincent, apparently resident.
Robert Brown bought 57 named enslaved people in 1810 from Morrison Jacks for £2770, of which he paid £1589 15s 8d upfront, the remainder in a mortgage written in trust.
Death "On 20 October, at his residence, New Edinburgh, in the Island of St Vincent, Robert Brown, Esq. a native of Springtown, in the County of Tyrone."
