Daughter and co-heir of James Williams of Bedford Square, who died shortly after her father.

Will of Martha Williams spinster of Bedford Square Middlesex [made 20/01/1806] proved 20/02/1806. In the will she said that under her father's will, her sister Ann was entitled to the legacy or sum of £6000 and her sister Emma was entitled to a perpetual annuity of £300 p.a., and that on her own death her sisters 'will become interested in equal moieties to the Unity plantation' for life, but that her sister Ann's half would be charged with the £300 p.a. annuity to Emma. 'Whereas I apprehend that the said charge was made by mistake', she left Emma £6000 on the condition that she waived the annuity of £300 p.a. She left her leasehold house in Bedford Square and her personal possessions to her two sisters.
