Slave-owner and probably lawyer given his ties to the Temple in London, brother of Nathaniel Webb of Montserrat (q.v.) and uncle of Nathaniel Webb (q.v.). Attorney-General of the Leeward Islands 1754, then resigning his seat [and presumably office] to reside in England. He was probably the Harry Webb who married Margaret Baijer nee Nicholls, the widow of Bastian Otto Baijer, in Antigua in 1746.
