Biography

Slave-owner on Antigua, one of the 'heirs of Robert French' his father.

Will of Henry French of Antigua [on the point of undertaking a voyage across the Atlantic Ocean] [made in 1838] proved 04/04/1844. He left his wife Jane Eliza French his property in Antigua and Chelsea for life, with remainder to his brother George William French and his sister Jane Relick Grant and her children.
