Eldest son of Rowland Alston (q.v.) and Rose Milles.  

  1. Baptised 14/04/1812 St Marylebone. Living with his father and family at 48 Harley Street in 1841 (aged 30) and 1851 (aged 39). Living at Pangbourne Berkshire in 1871 (age 59, magistrate) and 1881 (age 69, 'No occupation') with servants but no apparent family members. Death registered Q2 1882 at Bradfield [Berkshire] aged 70. As with his father, no apparent entry in the National Probate Calendar.
