???? - 20th Sep 1857
Awarded part of the compensation for Vernons estate on Antigua; his brother or nephew James Cranbourne Strode (q.v.) was awarded another part of the same claim as assignee with the Revs. John and Henry Kirby (both of whom q.v.). It appears likely that the claim by James Cranbourne Strode and the Revs. Kirby was under a marriage settlement on Charles Henry Strode's marriage to Jane Ruth Kirby.
T71/877 Antigua no. 324.
