Sister of Mary Smith and William Smith of Grenada (each of whom q.v.).

  1. Will of Sarah Smith of [Bulstrode Street] Saint Marylebone proved 13/07/1810. In the will she confirmed the conditions of her sister's will concerning the New Division estate, of which she received the income for life, which was to be sold after her death. After monetary legacies of £100 each to family and friends, her residuary legatees were her and her sister Mary's seven godchildren, including members of the Mildmay and Blois families.

  1. PROB 11/1513/212. This 'New Division' estate appears to be distinct from that of the same name owned by Walter Tullideph and bequeathed by him to the Ogilvy family through his daughter Charlotte, who married Sir John Ogilvy 5th bart.
